This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 04.10.2024, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, in 1/4

Cr.M.P.No.4373 of 2024 filed by the respondent Bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act 2002.

2. The petitioners are having an alternative efficacious remedy before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. However, without exhausting the appeal remedy, the petitioners have straight away filed this writ petition before this Court.

3. Since there is an alternative efficacious remedy before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. No cots. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
