ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed on the premise of the order in W.P.(MD)No.18596 of 2019 has not been complied with. 1/4
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent circulated an order passed on the Petitioner's representation vide order dated 25.11.2022, wherein, it was stated that the Petitioner had not filed any evidence in support of his claim, therefore, the claim of the Petitioner was rejected. The same was also circulated to the Petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not intend to pressthis contempt petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. This Court finds that there is compliance of the order.
4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order, dated 25.11.2022, if so advised. 28.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No sn 2/4
