ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to give police protection to fence the writ petitioner's agriculture land in Survey Nos.18/3C and 18/3E in Patta No.1418 situated at Varalotti Village, Kariapatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the representation dated 26.09.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has obtained orders for surveying the land and the property was surveyed and when the writ petitioner was attempting to lay fencing stones, the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint have raised objections.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/4

respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

5. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
