ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.130 of 2020 dated 02.07.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.245 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
