JUDGMENT

The appellant as well as the respondent as a party in person have filed a joint compromise memo and prayed that the civil miscellaneous second appeal may be disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo. 1 / 4

2. The parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage amicably. The respondent has not demanded future maintenance but has received Rs.5,50,000/- (i.e.Rs.2,50,000/- as cash and Rs.3,00,000/- through cheque) as compensation and also received all seervarisai articles from the appellant.

3. The appellant as well as the respondent are present in person and affirmed the joint compromise memo. The respondent has appeared in person and has not engaged counsel. The Petitiner is represented by his counsel.

4. In terms of the joint compromise memo, the civil miscellaneous second appeal is disposed of. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs.
