In all these writ petitions, the petitioners are challenging the eviction notice issued by the respondents. Admittedly, there is no documents of title in favour of the petitioners. W.P.(MD)No.24988 of 2019 claimed that certain sale deeds have been executed in favour of the petitioners, there is nothing to show that the vendors of the petitioners have the lawful title of the property. The properties are at the banks of the river vaigai. The petitioners cannot have any vested rights.

2.It is open to the petitioners to submit their objections if any, in response to the impugned notice and on the grounds raised, we cannot interfere. We give liberty to the petitioners to submit objections within a period of one week from today(25.11.2019) and the same shall be considered by the respondent corporation in accordance with law.

3.With this observation, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
