JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Writ Appeal has been instituted against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. While granting order of interim stay, the learned Single Judge recorded a finding that the 1st appellant is not residing in the place, where the temple situated and more so, a fit person is available for the purpose of managing the affairs of the temple. The festivals are going to be celebrated on 07.10.2023 and 14.10.2023. Therefore, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, since the arrangement is an interim measure for the purpose of conducting festival in the temple. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
