ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(6), 118(1) and 351

(3) of BNS, Act in Crime No.715 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the Petitioner is said to have developed an illicit affair with the wife of the defacto complainant and the wife and son of the defacto complainant are said to be living together with this petitioner and when the defacto complainant came to the petitioner's house to enquire and demand for sending his wife along with him, the petitioner is said to have attacked the defacto complainant and considering the fact that the petitioner has got six previous cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 2/3
