This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.172 of 2015 on the file of the Traffic Investigation Police Station, Thanjavur within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.143 of 2015 and it is posted for the next hearing on 19.10.2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the matter has become infructuous. 2/4
