ORDER

Though the Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a larger relief, seeking orders to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.41 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur, the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of his arguments restricted the relief for issuing a direction to transfer the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2024 from the file of District Munsif Court, Keeranur, to the file of Additional District Court, Coimbatore, to be tried along with O.S.No.493 of 2024, which was filed by one Rajamani, who is the first defendant in O.S.No.41 of 2024, against one Sathiyavathi, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.493 of 2024, and others.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have no objection for transfer of the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2024 as prayed for by the petitioner.

3.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. The suit in OS.No.41 of 2024, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur, is hereby ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Additional District Court, Coimbatore, to be tried along with O.S.No.493 of 2024. The learned District Munsif, Keeranur, is directed to transmit the entire case records of OS.No.41 of 2024 to the Additional District Court, Coimbatore, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
