ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 2.The petitioner wants to purchase the petition mentioned land from A.Usain Mohammed. The sale deed was presented for registration on 03.07.2023. It is kept as a pending document (Document No.P-48/2023) by the respondent. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader drew my attention to the objections received form Sarathkumar, Karthick Raja, Selva Krishnan, Krishnan, Eswari, Thavamani etc. It appears that the objectors are basing their case on registered documents. The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that his vendor / Usain Mohammed is having patta. Copy of the patta has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. Usain Mohammed in turn is tracing his title on the strength of the settlement deed executed by his father in the year 2011.

4.The objectors are not before me. Therefore, I am not in a position to pass a peremptory direction herein itself. 5.The respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and take a call one way or the other with a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 20.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias Issue order copy on 21.11.2023.
