ORDER

Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner has purchased plot No.21 in Ponnagar Colony, Trichy, Trichy District from the second respondent. Even though he paid the entire sale consideration, sale deed has not been executed in his favour. Aggrieved over the same, he made a representation dated 13.11.2017 to the respondents and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be considered by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.25108 of 2019 4.In view of the submission so made, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
