O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1915 of 2022 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement among themselves and therefore, it would suffice if this Court permits the petitioner to file a compromise memo before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to file a compromise memo before the trial Court. If such compromise memo is filed, the trial Court, after satisfying the compromise memo filed by the petitioner if it is otherwise in order, may compound the offence in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
