This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and her family members, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 18.11.2019.

3. On the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 to 10, enquiry is pending as against the petitioner in respect of the allegation that the petitioner had borrowed some amounts from the respondents 3 to 10.

4. Under these circumstances, police protection sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
