WMP(MD) No.22202 of 2019 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAVINDRAN, PARTY IN PERSON and of none appeared for the Respondent side either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the fourth respondent in the said petition as a respondent in the main Writ Petition.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in the main Writ Petition. As per the averments made in the Writ affidavit, the petitioner had worked in Joint venture company, which was ventured into by the second and third respondents herein and they are liable to pay the arrears of salary of Rs.23,80,000/- to the writ petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petitioner has sought for a direction as against the first respondent herein to instruct the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and release the pending salary.
