ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to commence investigation in Crime No.313 of 2019 on the file of Kottampatty Police Station, Madurai District and file charge sheet or final report in accordance with law.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.313 of 2019 on 19.10.2019 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a job racketing case and that investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.313 of 2019 and file a final report before the 2/4

jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
