O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 and their subordinates not to harass the petitioners at any event in so for as the complaint given by fifth respondent herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. The petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.214 of 2018, on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent.

5. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that the fifth respondent had earlier approached this Court for transfer of investigation, in which this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17737 of 2019 directed the fourth respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

6.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
