ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.10.2024 and accord police protection to the petitioner's life and limb pertaining to the property in S.No.534/2B2 & 534/2B3A to an extent of 8 1⁄2 cents in Patta No.336 and 380 in South Kottur, Kurukattur Village, Eral Taluk belong sot the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,22.10.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.396 of 2024 came to be registered and taking note of the fact that there existed civil dispute between the parties and also taking note of the submission given by the third respondent that he will not raise any issue after survey the land, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps for surveying the land. 22.10.2024 das 2/4
