ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.08.2023 in W.P(MD)No.19490 of 2023 and W.M.P(MD)Nos.16122 and 16123 of 2023 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.19490 of 2023 and W.M.P(MD)Nos.16122 and 16123 of 2023, dated 11.08.2023 is complied with.

3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the respondents are directed not to harass the contempt petitioner and allow him to work peacefully and also disburse his salary.
