ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 9, 39(1) (a,b,d), 39 (3)(a,b,c), 40(2), 50, 51(1), 52 1/3

and 57 of Wild Life Protection Act, in W.L.O.R.No.20 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner was found to be in illegal possession of 160 kilograms of sea cucumber and considering the case on merits and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got one previous case, this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.13430 of 2024 and there is no ground to entertain the second application.
