2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the contraband is also recovered from this petitioner for the present the CDR details also shows contact with A1 and also both A1 and A2 being present in Andhra Pradesh on the relevant date for procuring the Ganja and then transporting it, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on bail.
