Act cases, Thanjavur and pass such other orders as this Honourable court may deem fit. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS 1/3

Act, 1985 in crime No. 378 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner was found to be in possession of Ganja in between quantity of 17.320kg and that the investigation is completed and the case is now pending in C.C.No.104 of 2024 and it is posted to 28.04.2024 for the purpose of examination of LW.3, at this crucial juncture, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
