Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.The petitioner is figuring as the second defendant in O.S.No.340 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Kaur. The suit is for permanent injunction. The suit has been filed in a representative capacity. I.A.No.538 of 2019 was filed by the plaintiff under Order I Rule 8 of Civil Procedure Code.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that this I.A. is being adjourned from time to time without giving any disposal. Copy of the B diary extracts indicate that the matter is being adjourned mechanically. 2/4

4.I direct the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karur to dispose of I.A.No.538 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law by the next hearing date.
