ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 281, 125(a) and 132 of BNS in

Crime No.106 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have driven the Swift Desire Car bearing Registration No.TN 37 DL 3765 without stopping when the police intercepted the vehicle and also caused injury to him. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner that the petitioner is said to have driven the Swift Desire Car without stopping when the police were directed to inspect the same and as a matter of fact, the entire incident is covered under CCTV footage, where the vehicle is seen to be driven in a rash manner by hitting on the barricade and without stopping is passing away and injuring the police personnel standing nearby, and considering the fact that the petitioner has got nine previous cases against him, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
