[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to take action on his representation dated 22.07.2019, wherein he has alleged that unauthorizedly, the persons have been allowed to cut Karuvelam trees in a water body. We find that the representation is bereft of particulars. Based on such representation, we cannot issue any direction. W.P(MD)No.25358 of 2019 appropriate representation to the third respondent to pursue the same before the third respondent.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
