Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Honourable district judge, Family Court, Kanyakumari Disrict at Nagercoil to expedite the trial of the above mentioned case and dispose of the petition in I.D.O.P.No.228 of 2019 expeditously within a time bound manner as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 17.10.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge,Family Court , (FAC ), Nagercoil vide the letter in D.No.20 / 2024 dated 06.01.2024, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to 1/3

dispose of I.D.O.P.No.228 of 2019.

2. The learned Judge, Family Court (FAC), Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil, sent a letter dated 06.01.2024, requesting extension of further time to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.228 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing I.D.O.P.No.228 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
