Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct fresh enquiry and review the order in Na.Ka.No.29983/2008 dated 30.11.2008 on the file of the first respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2019.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct fresh enquiry and review the order in Na.Ka.No.29983/2008 dated 30.11.2008 on the file of the first respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.25924/2020/G2 dated 19.08.2020, final order has been passed by the first respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2019 and further submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said order, he can approach the competent civil Court.

W.P.(MD)No.25201 of 2019 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader as well as the above said proceedings dated 19.08.2020, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
