ORDER
This is the second application filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence. This Court had considered all the points raised by the petitioner in the earlier application in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3910 of 2023 and dismissed the application on 12.05.2023. There is no change in circumstances and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
