made in W.P(MD)No.23654 of 2018, dated 08.04.2019, the above Contempt Petition is filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Mr.J.K.Jayaseelan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/Contemnor submitted that the encroachment identified is removed by the authorities concerned and that therefore, the general direction to consider the representation of the Petitioner is complied with in its letter and spirit. 4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he is unable to get instructions about the compliance of the order of this Court, from the Petitioner.

5.However, the statement of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/Contemnor is based on the instructions furnished to him.

6.Hence, recording the compliance of the order of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
