ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament schedule to be held on 13.12.2019 to 15.12.2019 in the name of the KIRUBA Kabadi Club at Vanapattarai Thidal, Thottiyam, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2019. 2.when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the representation dated 20.11.2019, the second respondent police rejected the same by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.548/fh M.njh.t./2019. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order passed by the second respondent. No costs.
