Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will take appropriate steps for filing an appeal against the order passed by the trial Court.
2. In view of the said submission, the CMP(MD).No.14013 of 2023 is closed. Consequently, CRP(MD).SR.No.74588 of 2023 is also rejected in the SR stage itself. The petitioners are given liberty to work out their remedy.
