Prayer in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17792 of 2022 :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day on her surrender in connection with Crime No.876 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that due to illness, the Petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17792 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022 and surrender before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur. 3.In the light of the reasons stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Petitioner is granted further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading of this order on the website of this Court, to surrender before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur.
