ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner to the second respondent on 29.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner and his brother started a finance company namely Magudam Finance Corporation, Magudam Investments, Magudam Enterprises. Due to failure to return the amount to the investors, the above said property was attached by the EOW II Police, Karur. It is further submitted that the third respondent, who is brother's son of the petitioner picked up quarrel with the petitioner demanding him to take steps to release the property from the attachment. On that basis, the representation has been made.

3. Let the above said representation be disposed of immediately directing the petitioner and the third respondent to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no life threat here.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
