J U D G M E N T
[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 26.02.2018, passed in W.P.(MD) No.2992 of 2018.
2. Perusal of the impugned order would reveal that the first respondent / writ petitioner, who possessed the educational qualification of M.A.Degree is eligible to draw incentive increment under the scheme. As per the Government Order, M.A.Degree has been made eligible for grant of incentive increment and therefore, we do not find any error in respect of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge. Thus, the appellants are bound to implement the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge.
3. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.M.S., J.] [V.L.N., J.] 11.12.2023 NCC :
