2.The petitioner has already been issued with passport. Since the petitioner has been implicated in C.C No.320 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, the impugned notice came to be issued. 3.The petitioner states that if she proposes to travel abroad, she will move the trial court for getting permission. The undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded.
