ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1676/2024/A1, dated 09.10.2024 and consequently restrain the 1st respondent from effecting mutation of patta during pendency of the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD) No. 247/2022.

2. The records would show that the suit filed by the petitioner for declaration and injunction has been dismissed by both the Courts below and the matter is now pending in S.A.(MD) No. 247/2022 and no interim orders have been obtained by the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, it is open to the petitioner to appear before the authorities concerned and submit the documents to show his possession of the property. On submitting the same, the respondents shall thereupon pass a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
