ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who is facing a case for the offence under Sections 341, 323,

326 and 307 of IPC, in S.C.No.190 of 2022 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Manamadurai, in Crime No.143 of 2000 on the file of the respondent police, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.190 of 2022 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Manamadurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 17.12.2012. Hence, the petition.

3. Heard both sides.
