This Criminal Revision is filed against the order, dated 05.09.2019, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti (FAC), in Crl.MP No.1481 of 2019 and to direct the 13rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.07.2018 and to investigate the same within a reasonable time. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that as per the instruction of his claimant, the dispute between the petitioner with the respondents 1 to 12 settled out of Court and hence, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal revision and he has also filed a memo to that effect, dated 27.04.2021. 3.Recording the above, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
