ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent as against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the third respondent. The petitioner has falsely stated that there is a trouble between his father and the respondents 4 and 5. Whereas, the subject matter of the complaint is that the fifth respondent has handed over the jewels to the petitioner to pledge the same in his own name. Even after payment, the petitioner has not returned the said jewels to the fifth respondent. The petitioner was directed by the third respondent to appear for enquiry. But the petitioner is evading the process of investigation.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry and co-operate with the investigation.
