ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct an investigation and filed a final report in Cr.No.169 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent have received the order dated 05.03.2018 in Crl.R.C.No.121 of 2018 for further investigation, only on 10.12.2019. He would further submit that the prosecution has enquired three witnesses so far.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18039 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.169 of 2016, pending on his file and file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
