This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4474/A4/2022 dated 20.07.2022 confirmed the order of the third respondent made in Na.Ka.No.3188/A2/2020 dated 05.01.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 & 6 would submit that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the respondents 5 & 6 herein.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. Therefore, the order impugned cannot be sustained and the same is quashed. The registering authority is directed to make entry of this order in the book of records in respect of the subject property. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
