ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 18.07.2019 in I.A.No.3 of 2019 in O.S.No.252 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.252 of 2012 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.252 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli was disposed of by order dated 26.03.2022.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
