ORDER

The present petition is filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1497 of 2019, now pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur by the wife of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2020, the petitioner has taken notice on the learned counsel for the respondent before the Family Court in H.M.O.P.No.1497 of 2019 and he has also taken substituted service through paper publication. 3.Despite service of notice, the respondent does not appear either in person nor through counsel duly instructed.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1497 of 2019 from the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur.

5.Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed. The proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1497 of 2019 pending on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD) No.482 of 2019 Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the Principal SubCourt, Srivilliputhur to be disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
