The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish upon the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6555 of 2021 dated 12.04.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first contemnor would submit that they have complied with the order of this Court dated 12.04.2024 and also produced the permission order dated 06.02.2025.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would admit that the order has been complied with.
