ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the representation dated 23.11.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found to be a false complaint. On that basis, the complaint has been closed. Closure Report copy is placed on record, wherein, a statement has been given by the petitioner on 29.11.2021 to the effect that he is withdrawing his complaint. 3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further direction or consideration. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
