ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint against this petitioner stating that she is working in the petitioner's company called Thulir. The petitioner promissed to arrange the loan amount of Rs.1,20,000/-, for which, he collected Rs.3,500/- from various persons. Totally 164 persons joined in the above said scheme and later the petitioner defaulted and cheated. On the basis of the above said complaint, summon was issued to the petitioner. But without responding to the above said summon, he approached this Court.

3. Since huge money is involved in this matter, let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this 2/4

order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
