Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner was given license to sell crackers. Since the period of license expired, he filed an application for renewal of license on 26.02.2019, which was not considered by the respondents. Hence, he made representations on 18.10.2019 and 12.11.2019 to the respondents and the same are pending without disposal. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

W.P(MD)No.25190 of 2019 3.Considering the limited prayer of disposal of the petitioner's representation, a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated representations 18.10.2019 and 12.11.2019 and take a decision either to accept it or reject it, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
