ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.190 of 2023 to any other independent agency or under the supervision of the first respondent police and to file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.190 of 2023 came to be registered on 06.10.2023 and after completing the investigation, final report came to be filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. 2/4
3. As rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner has not shown any valid reason or ground to change the investigation.
4. Considering the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if it is otherwise in order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
