ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the I Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Trichy to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.142 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that during investigation, they came to know that the petitioner was not involved in the occurrence and hence, they have deleted the name of the petitioner from the case.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
