ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.455 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police to some other investigating agency.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation in Crime No.455 of 2023 has been completed and Final Report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli concerned Court on 14.01.2023 against the three accused, but so far not taken on file. 3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report.
